Contract & Scheduling Paralegal
The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), the largest airline pilot union in the world and the largest non-governmental aviation safety organization in the world (representing over 60,000 pilots at 34 U.S. and Canadian airlines) seeks an experienced Contract & Scheduling Paralegal for our office in Honolulu, Hawaii. Under general supervision and within the limitations of Association policy, the Contract & Scheduling Paralegal works closely with MEC officers, representatives, and committee volunteers to assist in gathering information and evidence to review and analyze with respect to potential contract issues and support. S/he also provides primary administrative support for the Contract Clarification Team (CCT) and pilots regarding crew scheduling as well as handling calls and supporting contract enforcement. Individual responsibility and administrative ability are both required to ensure that tasks are carried out as assigned and important deadlines are met.
Travel: 2 – 5 %.

Occasionally required to move, raise, reach, and/or retrieve binders, books, boxes, and files up to ten (10) pounds (lbs.). While on travel, could be responsible to move, raise, reach, and/or retrieve luggage weighing as much as 50 lbs. (Assistance may not always be available.)
